We go for a "Coffee After The Run” on the last Saturday each month at Adam's Cake & Chocolates Emporium on Rohini Street. This gives us all a chance to have more chat and socialise.
All are welcome .. some TTs bring their families and children along to this little get-together, so that they can meet the people who get their loved ones out of bed so early on a Saturday morning. This normally goes to about 9-00am o'clock or so.
Now here's an important notice ... the entry process for this year's City to Surf opens in May ... yikes, that's next month already !
Time to do some training now the weather is a bit cooler.
Time perhaps to get on the Trotters program of gradually increasing the distance so I can better cope with a 14km run in a few months time. It is never too late

Yes, of course it features the TT logo and 1974 artwork applique, but beware of cheap imitations imported from China. The genuine article is very sexy, just $25 for the shirt and $15 the cap ... there is even a special hat for the ladies, actually styled in "Tickle Pink", being #FC89AC and in RGB 252, 137, 172. Absolute bargains, a fashion statement and a piece of history all in a matching set.
The original Trotter colours were Terracotta and Spearmint. Today, we are attired in the same garments, but in new colours. Details in the Program 2010 Contribution 2010 Whereas we don't charge fees, it would be nice if participants continue to contribute to the drinks cost each week Weekly: 20 cents per run (for drinks) We are proud and somewhat amazed that the charge for drinks has been maintained at 20 cents for the last 36 years.
