The 12.0km CourseLife starts to get serious on the fourth course ... 12.2km. For the next 6 weeks we pass Coonanbarra leaving Ku-ring-gai and entering Hornsby Shire and lurch over the Expressway, up the hill, round Waitara Public School into Myra Street, then left into Alexandra Parade alongside the railway, over the Expressway again, then left into Woonoona past the slowly dilapidating house that some looney has been cannibalising for yonks, round into Woniora ( many farmyard noises were heard here as the Trotters sped past Chris Curran's bedroom ..... he has now moved ) back into the south end of Coonanbarra and right into Burns Road, up that damn hill and back as before. Gruelling.
