The Turramurra Trotters are pleased to support Adam's Cakes & Chocolates, located at the bottom of Rohini Street.
The Trotters have coffee at Adam's place once a month after completing the run on Saturday. There's nothing like a great coffee, a small cake or two and a few of Adam's fine chocolates to make keeping fit more fun.
We have several members who have joined the Trotters to complement their work at Curves, on the Pacific Highway at Turramurra.
Some are enthusiastic members of our walking group who cover anything from a few kilometres to about 7kms each Saturday morning in about an hour or so - we cater for all shapes, sizes, ages, speeds and levels of fitness. Others are on our program of preparation for the City to Surf which of course takes place in August.
The TTs is pleased to welcome them and support Curves at Turramurra - and its enthusiastic Manager, Rebecca Rogers {yes, that's her on the left}.
Rebecca has a degree in Exercise & Sports Management and also operates her own business "Fit In Time" as a Personal Trainer.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Health Science(Comp.Med.)(Hons) as well as the Advanced Diploma of Naturopathy, Diploma of Botanical Medicine, Diploma of Nutrition ... and is a friend and supporter of the Turramurra Trotters.
Here, you can access a full range of services from qualified and certified providers - you can seek advice on nutrition and herbal medicine to make you go further or faster, reduce stress, lose weight or delay, defer or "manage" your age. The Clinic offers services in acupuncture, counselling, psychology, kinesiology, reflexology, remedial, relaxation, Swedish, sports, deep tissue, hot stone or aromatherapy.
All Health Clinic, located at 37a Rohini St, is open weekdays and Saturdays.
